Dear Campaign Coordinators,
Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to volunteer for the United Way campaign. Your time and talents are what help to make a campaign such as this successful.
The United Way of the Brown County Area is again focusing on Creating Opportunities for a Better Life, which is the campaign theme. A campaign video is available as well as brochures and other handouts for you use.
GIVE, ADVOCATE, VOLUNTEER promotes the idea of making our communities stronger by what we give, speaking up for the cause and by volunteering. You and those that surround you at your business have participated in the GIVE, ADVOCATE, VOLUNTEER previously. Last year with your help, the UWBCA raised over $400,000 to support community needs throughout Brown County. The majority of that effort came from workplace campaigns such as yours.
The board for the UWBCA is available to assist you with your campaign for the present year. Please feel free to contact myself as campaign chairperson, one of the UWBCA staff people or any of the 26 volunteer board members. It should be noted that the UWBCA consists of members acorss the county, including the communities of New Ulm, Sleepy Eye, Springfield, Hanksa and Comfrey.
