Venture Grant Final Report

Congratulations on being a recipient of a Venture Grant through the United Way of the Brown County Area. Your twelve-month grant period has come to an end. Grant recipients shall submit a project performance report and a financial statement indicating actual use and results of Venture Grant funds within 30 days of completion of the grant period. Failure to timely submit required reports may result in removal from consideration of future grant opportunities.

If all program or project work has not been completed for this Venture Grant, please contact United Way staff to re-evaluate the grant parameters or apply for a grant extension.
